ReplyDeleteDavid is leaving for his Civil War trip on Wednesday and will be going to Gettysburg, Fredericksville, Manassis, and then wants to drive a little in the Shenandoa (sp?) valley. Last year we went to Charlottesville, Appomatox, Lynchburg, saw a reenactment in Stanardsville, etc. so this is part 2!!
We also plan a future trip back to DC to see Arlington cemetery again and I want to visit Alexandria, so I will let you know when we come again and maybe we could go for lunch!!!
Wanted to see it last time and do a little decor shopping as I heard Old Town Alex. was nice, but ran out of time!
