Storm Damage

Here's the drive, post blizzards.  The poor magnolia and the pines did not fare well.

We had the tree guys come to make repairs.
From the bucket and with climbing ropes the broken limbs were trimmed out.
If you look carefully you can see the new cable bolted on to support the big limb.  A large branch was cut off the redistribute the weight.
Everything got chipped.
We recycled it all beneath the tree and out front by the raspberry patch.
There was still a bunch of snow on March 1, but mostly melted now.

  1. You must have had a terrible storm. The only good thing that you got a heap of good mulch from the broken trees. This will come handy for the garden when the planting starts again.
